Penalties hurt the Pioneers big time in this one as #2 Middlebury scored three power-play goals en route to a 4-0 victory Saturday afternoon.

The Panthers Jenna Letterie scored a pair of power-play goals in the first period at 4:02 and 8:50 to put her team ahead 2-0. Sidney Portner added a third power-play goal at 6:44 of the second. Alexis Ryan capped off the scoring with the fourth Panthers goal at 5:50 of the third

Bria Reilly finished with 41 saves. Utica only managed 12 shots on goal. This was the fourth loss in a row for the Pioneers who have been outscored 20-3 during that span.
