Hamilton College’s NESCAC men’s hockey game at Middlebury College scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 11 has been postponed.
According to a statement released by Middlebury, the college moved to remote instruction on Friday, Dec. 10. In alignment with COVID-19 protocols for team play, all Middlebury athletic competitions have been postponed until further notice. A makeup date for Saturday’s contest will be posted at a later date.
This marks the second time the Continentals’ 2021-22 schedule has been disrupted due to the ongoing pandemic. The SUNY Canton Tournament was canceled in late November due to the host school’s COVID-19 issues.
Hamilton, which is 3-2-0 overall and 2-1 in the conference, travels to Williams College for a NESCAC game on Friday at 7 p.m. The Ephs are 4-2-0 overall and 4-0 in the conference.
