Hamilton College winger Nancy Loh ’23 (Syracuse, N.Y./Fayetteville-Manlius HS) was selected a New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Women’s Hockey Co-Player of the Week on Monday, Feb. 13.
Loh scored three goals as the Continentals won two conference games at Connecticut College. She recorded the go-ahead goal midway through the second period and added an empty-net tally with two minutes left in the third period of a 3-1 victory on Feb. 10. The second goal was the 50th of her Hamilton career. Loh notched the game-winner with 8:14 remaining in the third period of a 2-1 triumph on Feb. 11.
Loh leads the NESCAC with 16 goals and six game-winning goals and is tied for fifth with 20 points. The player of the week award is the second of her career.
The Continentals set a team record on Saturday with their 17th win this season. Hamilton’s overall record is 17-3-2 and the Continentals are second in the conference standings at 11-2-1.
Nationally ranked No. 5 Hamilton hosts No. 7 Middlebury College for a two-game NESCAC series at Russell Sage Rink on Friday, Feb. 17 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 18 at 3 p.m.
