The Syracuse Crunch are now accepting deposits to purchase new or renew your season tickets for the 2023-24 season. We’re excited to continue providing all accounts renewed by April 30 with a complimentary AHLTV Away Pass plus an exclusive Crunch crystal puck and single-game All Who Served Club passes for next season. Once you place your nonrefundable deposit, you will also be entered into our 31 Days of Giveaways raffles in March. Additionally, if you pay-in-full by March 31, you will be invited to our Shoot-For-Your-Seat event in April.
Secure your season tickets by visiting Guest Services located behind Section 222 on the second floor of the Upstate Medical University Arena Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or during all Crunch home games or by calling the Crunch office at 315-473-4444.
AHLTV, Crystal Puck and Club Passes
One AHLTV Away Pass per account, one Crunch crystal puck per seat and two single-game All Who Served Club passes per seat will be provided to every renewed account that places a nonrefundable $100 deposit per seat and is either paid in full or on an automatic payment plan by April 30.
March 31 Days of Giveaways
You will also be entered into daily drawings to win a variety of great Syracuse Crunch prizes throughout our 31 Days of Giveaways in March. You will be entered into our raffles and drawings and be eligible to win prizes as soon as we receive your deposit and a payment plan is selected.
April Shoot-For-Your-Seat
The Shoot-For-Your-Seat event will take place again in April for all accounts that are paid in full by March 31. Shoot-For-Your-Seat gives you an opportunity to take a shot from center ice for the chance to win the cost of your 2023-24 season tickets. You will have the chance to take one shot per seat.

Deposits and Payment Plans
To view your invoice and set up your payment plan, log onto your Account Manager at
www.syracusecrunch.com/accountmanager. You may also submit your deposit and set up a payment plan at Guest Services located behind Section 222 on the second floor of the Upstate Medical University Arena Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and during a Crunch home game or over the phone at 315-473-4444.
We are continuing to offer two payment plan options for your 2023-24 tickets. You may choose the duration of your payment plan, but it may not extend beyond September.
Monthly: you will automatically be charged equal payments on the first of every month.
Bimonthly: you will automatically be charged equal payments on the first and 15th of every month.

Season Ticket Holder Wall
To show our gratitude for our season ticket holders, we’re excited to announce a season ticket holder wall that will be installed outside the Crunch locker room for the 2023-24 season. This wall will list the names of our season ticket holders and allow the Crunch players, coaches and staff to see all of you who consistently support Crunch hockey. To be included on the season ticket holder wall, accounts must be paid-in-full by September 15.
